Hi David, My brother had diabetes 2 and he got rid of it. He took up riding a bike and cut sugar out of his diet. He started eating healthy. I know it's not easy but God has Graces to give us if we ask him to help us become strong in willpower, but we must ask him. Of course it requires effort but it is much easier with God's graces.

Make the sign of the cross over your body.With your right hand on your forehead say In the name of the Father (then move your hand down to your tummy where your other hand is resting saying) and of the Son, (then move your right hand across your body to your left shoulder then to your right, then bring both hands together in prayer formation.) and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. This is very powerful, do it as often as you can until your mind starts to clear. Are you taking any medication? Have you recently bought something second hand into your house. Have you been reading any books out of curiosity that you shouldnt or looking up information that is not g ood. There are many ways we can open a portal to evil unknowingly. Dear Missy, God says he has many graces to give us, but no-one asks me for them. Graces are not something we can earn but they are powerful gifts such as Willpower, Courage, that can help us overcome our weakness in our character. God says we must ask him, and we must be prepared to make an effort to overcome our wrongs. If we sincerely make an effort, God will supply the grace we need for victory over our weakness.
