Please know that God sees all things, and knows what you are going though. IF this Diet is for your health, then get help form your own doctor to keep you on track, IF however you are doing this cause everyone else is, and because you are feeling uncomfortable in any way, about yourself or from whar others have said to you aobut yourself, Please know that you are stronger than that, and that you are perfect the way you are. There are two shirts that I have, and wear from time to time, one says " you are worthy" and the other says' Stronger than the storm" Know you are strong enough for this, and as long as you have and keep God in your life, you will overcome anything that is thrown in your path, including your health. Your body will take some time, but it to will recover, Seek your doctor and seek God. It will all fall into place.

Understanding where you are in your life right now, is the same for me, so I am also walking in your shoes, just an older verson. I sinned 15 yrs ago against the one I love and the ONLY one I want in my life til God takes me, and though I was forgiven at that time, I am no longer, but God sees all things, We are still together, but he now loves another, , thinking the graqss is greener on the other side, since his health is failing. I am just here as what he called his caregiver now, though we are STILL legally married, and I still love him deeply. IF it is meant to be, since God sees all things and knows what will happend before we do, Then set the love free, and know that God has someone else that will either come into your life, OR that at some point, the one you love, will return.
