I need prayer for my job please. I have been struggling for more than two years deciding whether to stay or move on. I keep waiting for things to improve. We lose people and get more work instead of replacing those who leave. It's depressing and overwhelming. I've talked to my boss six times in the last two weeks about getting help or outsourcing some work and he basically blows it off. When I look for other jobs it seems like unrealistic expectations is the norm (expectations of one person to do the work of two or three people) or I don't meet some requirements. I dread going to work more each day. I like my boss and my co-workers but the job is just too much sometimes.

Please prayer for my father who has swelling in his leg possibly due to cellulitis. He was in the hospital for a week last year to be treated for it. Hopefully the doctors caught it early enough to avoid a return stay.
