I feel so helpless.. God please heal my mind

Lord thank you for giving me good test results. The only thing left to bother me is these intrusive thoughts. Please rid them of my mind so I can think properly. I pray you’ll reveal yourself to me in a real way Lord, I want to be baptized in your Holy Ghost, in Jesus name I pray Amen 🙏🏻
