Lord please help me have the willpower and strength to start back taking care of myself. After loosing my mom it has been very difficult. Watching her die was the worst thing I have ever done. I have been overeating, drinking & smoking to cope with my broken heart and I really need help. My health is getting bad. My family needs me to be healthy so that I can be there for them.
