Dear God

Please help me understand why my daughter at 25 years old 9 months pregnant with my granddaughter could not be saved from a splenic aneurysm. Why must this have to happen to my family. We are all so sad and lost for words. Please help me Lord Jesus and blessed mother Mary. Many prayers.
