Dear Lord, I come to you with unspoken prayers for healing.
Thank you for my.very breath that You have given me. Amen

Heavenly Father, I need your help. I am struggling to work with my other team members. One of them has said unacceptable divisive things about people of other races, while we're supposed to be working together on a project. The other team member is bullying me. They have both joined forces to gang up on me. I am trying so very hard to not lash out and control my temper. I need to continue to work as a team and cannot change teams. They have already gone to our lead and complained that I am not doing what they tell me what to do. This is supposed to be a team effort. I am getting to the point of tears. I don't handle bullying well. I pray that Jesus will protect me. Amen

Dear Lord,
I lift up my need for a safe and welcoming place when I visit my family. Please guide me to a solution that allows me to spend time with them. I give you my troubles and always trust in Your provision and timing.

Dear Lord, I am struggling with the change of life. My emotions are raw and I take everything personally. I am emotionally exhausted from fending off enemies. Please help me to heal and to get through this time in my life. I am crying and in pain all the time.
