I pray I can sleep tonight. Multiple nights of not sleeping in a row is really taking its toll on me

Lord help me today. I didnt sleep well and I am feeling shaky and in edge. Give me the strength and energy to make it through this day with minimal stress. Thank you amen

Dear lord, thank you for this beautiful day. I felt such a sense of calm and almost zero anxiety. That is such a big difference from what I have felt in the days prior. I pray for continued strength against anxiety and worry. Amen
