Please pray for me to have good self control. Thank you

Please pray for me, for me to get out of this degeneracy. I’ve been slipping back a lot lately.
Please ask the Lord to give me more self control and discipline. Please starting from tomorrow, make me return back to life as normal, with lots of self control and discipline. I’m tired of this degeneracy.
However prays for me shall receive immense blessings. Amen.
