Dear lord,

Panic and low mood is overtaking me. I am getting so anxious about running the house alone. And working at the same time at home.

I am mentally so anxious that the moment I wake up anytime from sleep, I am feeling super low.

I know it sounds silly for most people but I have chronic pain and severe giddiness.

Please lord help me to cope and not stress so much.

Please help me to do shipping documents carefully at this trying time. Help me not to make mistakes. 🙏🏻

Look after my health and help me to manage both home and work well. Help me not to panic. Please help me to concentrate thoroughly at work. Food can always be ordered worst comes to worst.

Help me lord to control the panic building inside me. Assure me of your presence 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
