Asking for prayers as my hair is falling out. My health is weak. But, grateful that after 25 years of therapy, I am now breaking through to what I was, but most importantly, why I behaved and reacted the way I did. I pray that all who have suffered from any aspect of mental health. Please get help. It does take time. I am an example, and will continue to heal
