I am really struggling with recent sudden onset of crippling anxiety and debilitating panic attacks which are consuming my life right now. I just don't know what to do. I am waiting to see a professional, but am really struggling. Any and all prayers are welcome. I need to find balance and peace in my life. Work and life stress is absolutely affecting my health in a most negative way. I'm praying to the Lord for his mercy to get me through this difficult time.
