I'm praying for you. Something that helped me years ago was to write down a couple of inspirational bible verses and keep them in your pocket. Each time you feel the craving, read them and pray. Also walk outside and smell how different the tres smell, and the grass, and the wind. Hopefully this will inspire you and it will help. If all else fails, just say, "Okay, in 5 minutes I'll have a smoke." Usually in 5 minutes you've already forgotten about it! 😀
Blesings to you! Hang in there!

I'm praying for you but please find peace in knowing that your dear uncle wasn't truly alone. He knew you wanted so badly to be physically next to him but he felt your presence and your spirit with him as he crossed over. Don't be sad. He knew your thoughts and felt you and all his loved ones as if they were right there by his side. Blessings and healing to you and your family. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Your sister in Christ,
Lisa 😇
Please pray for my mother, Audrey. She is in a rehab facility because she broke her shoulder back in November and has had a few complications with bedsores and such. Now they have been on lockdown for over 2 weeks and as of yesterday, a patient there has been diagnosed positive for the Coronavirus. Her physical therapist has been in close contact with that patient and decided to take herself home for 14 day self-quarantine period. This therapist however, has been in close contact with my mother daily before this. My mother is 81 years old, and before the accident was in pretty good health and getting around fine. Please say a prayer for her and all the others there have been too close to the virus. I just want her to come home and be healthy and happy again. Thank you so much and I pray for all of you.
Blessings, Lisa
Submit your prayer request. Thousands of caring people will see it and pray for you.
He will show up for you! You just have to not give up, and have hope. I promise He will, He loves you dearly! You have to be aware though so you'll know it's Him. (And maybe ask for forgiveness for doubting Him.) I'm praying for you!
Love,
Lisa
