I hope you're doing better Tammy. I too have been struggling with depression and low self esteem. It's easy to say to others not to feel this way and that we are all created in the image of our own creator, God. But, when it comes to ourselves it's an entirely different story. I have actually just gone to my family physician today and asked for help. I am now awaiting a call from the mental health counseling department to see what can be done. I do hope you're doing better and I will say another prayer tonight for you. Just wanted you to know that you're not alone and that someone is still praying and cares. God bless.
Oh honey, that is a difficult one isn't it? I am a foster mom myself so I can totally understand your desire. I haven't fostered a baby that young, yet, but my grandson was taken at birth and in a foster home out of state. I know that foster mom loved him and I was so grateful that she was there and willing to love and nurture him when his mama was not in a good way. But,....I also am so grateful to God for answered prayers that my daughter (step daughter) got clean and sober and has turned to God herself. She did not lose permanent custody, although it was very close to that happening. She got her son back and is doing so well. She really is a good mama when the drugs are not there. I know in my heart if she would have lost custody she would have never survived. She would most likely have overdosed in pure misery over losing him. So I can ask that God's will be done in this situation. We just don't know what He has planned and what the reason is for the things He does. I pray for you, the baby and the bio mom. God's will be done. In Jesus name I pray.
Submit your prayer request. Thousands of caring people will see it and pray for you.
Prayers sent up for you and your son dear Crystal. I know all too well the heartache of a loved one being caught up in the drug addiction demonic world. It's an ugly place to be so I can totally sympathize with you and your beloved son. I pray that God will give you the tools to be able to effectively deal with your son and all that he is battling.
