My grandson is in ICU with Covid prayers are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Well our week has been rather eventful and not in anyway a mother would want to deal with. Luka has gotten COVID for a second time. This time, it landed him in Providence Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. It’s been a lot for me to process being away from him and Alan and not snuggle him these last three days. We are so incredibly grateful for the care he is receiving. We are grateful for both our employers for allowing us to work as we navigate this challenging time. We are grateful for all the prayers because we see them at work as our son heals.

He has continued to be weened off the supplied air, he got a feeding tube today and got his third dose of Remdesivir. His chest has remained clear and his kidneys functioning well.

We are asking for continued prayers for our baby boy. While he is improving he has a long ways to go get to get back to his bossy self. Our focus is to get him well. Thank you for everyone who has reached out, called, text. We appreciate each of you immensely.
