The hurt will go away, even if only for a short while. Relish thrust times and fight with all you have when the hurt is there. You are brave, fierce, and strong, especially to have asked for help.

Keep reaching out and talk. For me, talking releases the fear and anger. It was hard at first and then got easier. Take hope that you know you don't want to hurt yourself.
